Preferably Bachelor's/college degree in Community development, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Human ecology, Mass communication, Transformation leadership, and other related academic fields.
Exposure on microfinance operations is an advantage.
At least one (1) year equivalent experience in project and program implementation, NGOs' or any related job experience.
With good interpersonal skills
Must have a strong Christian Values.
Willing to travel to any KMBI branches nationwide
