HUMAN CAPITAL SPECIALIST – STAFF DEVELOPMENT

Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Behavioural Science, Legal Management, and Industrial Relations
Minimum of 3 years work related experience in Designing, and Delivery Training Module
People oriented with strong Christian Values
Place of assignment : Valenzuela City (Head Office)
Willing to travel to any KMBI branches nationwide

BRANCH ACCOUNTANT (3)

Responsible for the overall bookkeeping and recording of the branch, provides accurate and timely financial reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years experience as Branch Accounting Assistant/Associate
With strong Christian values
Possesses the following basic, core competencies: in-depth understanding on the branch accounting cycle, Knowledgeable/background in financial analysis, fund and payroll management, financial reporting, keen on details, communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills.
Challenged to serve and be assigned to any of the following new branches/units: Bogo (Cebu), Bacoor (Cavite), and Tanay (Rizal)

JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR (7)

Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy , CPA is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years experience in Internal Audit
People oriented with strong Christian Values
Willing to travel and be assigned to any KMBI branches nationwide

HUMAN CAPITAL (HR ) ASSISTANT

Qualifications:
( Employee Relations, Staffing, Capacity Building & Performance Management)
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Behavioural Science, Legal Management, and Industrial Relations
Minimum of 1-2 years work related experience in Human Resource or related field
People oriented with strong Christian Values
Willing to travel to any KMBI branches nationwide
Place of assignment : Valenzuela City (Head Office)
