EMPLOYEE WELFARE ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:
Graduate with a degree in Human Behavior / Psychology.
A minimum of 1 year of experience with implementation of work-life balance program and employee engagement activities.
With knowledge of DOLE/Labor Law Compliance.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
A good team player, perceived fairness, tolerance, honesty, consistency in application of policies and procedures.
Can work under pressure and is consistent with work and time.
Amenable to be assigned both in Valenzuela or Panay, Quezon City.

EXECUTIVE DRIVER

Qualifications:
College level, vocational, K-12 graduate.
Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License.
With at least 3-6 years of work-related experience.
Must have good people skills and keen attention to detail.
Trustworthy and with integrity.

PROGRAM OFFICER

Qualifications:
Graduates of vocational courses or K-12 are also welcome
People-oriented and rule-oriented
Knowledgeable in facilitating group meetings
Equivalent work experience in the same capacity or in credit and collection management is an advantage, but not required
Willing to do field work
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

IT TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalent.​
With at least 5 years of experience of backend development (C#, MySQL, NoSQL, ASP.NET Core).​
Highly skilled with Amazon Web Services especially EC2, S3, and IAM.​
Highly skilled in the administration of HP servers with Windows Server Operating System in CISCO environment, and all facets of networking​
Advanced knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, troubleshooting, system maintenance, firewall, operating systems and strong technical abilities.​
Experience in a related role requiring confidentiality, timeliness, customer service, organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, and working independently to successfully install, configure, maintain, and support Windows and/or Mac desktop operating systems, network protocols and administration.​
Familiarity with some or all of the following technologies: Amazon Web Services, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, OSX 10.x, Ubuntu, Microsoft Office, Browsers, Local Account Management, Scripting, Installs and removals, Registry, Command line, Help ticket system, System Management Tools.​
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.​
Customer service oriented and with excellent written and verbal communication skills.​
Willing to be assigned in our extension office in Panay Ave., QC​
